Oil Free Tank Mounted Compressors with Dryer

Werther International's oil free tank mounted compressors with air dryer are built for critical delivery of clean, dry, oil-free, particle-free instrument grade air. Each unit includes an integrated aftercooler, filters, and a self-regenerative desiccant air dryer that delivers outlet air at a -40°F pressure dew point, making these systems the right choice when air quality cannot be compromised.

How the Integrated Oil Free Compressed Air Dryer System Works

The self-regenerative desiccant air dryer in each package removes moisture from the compressed air stream down to a -40°F pressure dew point. This is achieved through a process that cycles desiccant beds to continuously regenerate without requiring external heat, keeping the system running without interruption. Combined with the integrated aftercooler and filtration stages, the outlet air meets instrument grade purity standards directly from the package.
